Faulty, missing or not as described
If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, email brightcellplanners@gmail.com with your order details and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.
Etsy orders
Orders placed on Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection.
Change of mind
Since digital files can’t be returned, we generally can’t offer refunds for a change of mind.
